Citibank Belgium N.V./S.A. (“Diners Club”) informs you that all personal data that you supply via this website with respect to the services rendered to you by Diners Club (“Personal Data”), are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions

1.      The data controller is Diners Club, a division of Citibank Belgium N.V./S.A. with its registered office at Boulevard General Jacques 263g, 1050 Brussels, Belgium, VAT BE 0401.517.417. Since the data controller is situated in Belgium, the Personal Data are processed in accordance with the Belgian Law of December 8th,1992 as amended by the Law of February 26th, 2003 (Data Protection Act). Diners Club’s Data Protection Counsel can be contacted by mail at the address mentioned above.

2.      Diners Club will use your Personal Data solely for the following purposes:

·          contact you (in case you’ve filled out a “contact me” request form);

·          manage your reward points (for registered users).

3.      Diners Club will not store your Personal Data longer than necessary or legally required.

4.      Your Personal Data may be transferred to a third party with whom Diners Club has a contractual relationship for the purpose of carrying out the obligations that rest on it by virtue of this agreement or to other persons by virtue of a legal relationship or whenever a legal interest requires it.

5.      The acceptance of these Terms and Conditions also allows the transfer of your Personal Data to a country that is not a member state of the European Union. You hereby acknowledge of being informed that the laws referring to data processing of these countries are not always provided with such a wide protection as in the European Union. Diners Club commits itself here to ensure an appropriate level of data protection, and to ensure that the data supplied are used only for the purposes for which it was supplied.

6.      You are entitled access to your Personal Data and have the right to ask for the correction of inaccurate data. Requests should be directed to Citibank Belgium N.V./S.A., Data Controller, Bld. General Jacques 263g, 1050 Brussels.

7.      At no time will Diners Club use your Personal Data for any purpose other than obligations directly related to this agreement without your express consent.
